Why does my product label say "Vanguard Supplements"? βŒ„
Before we were Hola Vida Supplements, we were Vanguard Supplements! Since the transition is so new, some of our product labels still reflect our old branding. However, the formulation and ingredients information on the labels is still up-to-date and accurate.
How much caffeine is in your preworkout? βŒ„
Our stim preworkouts have 200mg of caffeine di-malate, and 200mg of caffeine anhydrous, for a total of 400 mg of caffeine per scoop. Di-malate is a slow-releasing caffeine, and anhydrous is a fast-releasing caffeine, so this gives you immediate energy for your workout while preventing a crash afterward. We always recommend starting with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
How do I know which products are right for me? βŒ„

Can I return or exchange my order? βŒ„
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on supplement products or gift cards.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect? βŒ„
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event that your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible at hello@holavidasupplements.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
How can I make changes to a product subscription? βŒ„
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
How long after I place an order will it be shipped? βŒ„
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Please expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
How long after my order is shipped will it arrive? βŒ„
Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days after the order is processed, depending on which shipping method you choose (not including weekends or holidays).
Do you ship internationally? βŒ„
We do not currently ship outside of the United States but we are working on it!
How much does shipping cost? βŒ„
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping will be free for any orders over $100.
