We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on supplement products or gift cards.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible at hello@holavidasupplments.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
