ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Please expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!Â
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days after the order is processed, depending on which shipping method you choose (not including weekends or holidays). We do not currently ship outside of the United States but we are working on it!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Shipping will be free for any orders over $100.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges on supplement products.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible at hello@holavidasupplments.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
